The group of nearly 150
were treated to a tasty
spread as the revised
concept plan was
revealed.
Then as they wandered
through the units, the
members were able to
see th quality of
workmanship and
finishes in these terrific
units!
NAIOP members were happy to
check out Flow's residential
product and were thrilled to learn
new information about the coming
commercial component which will
tie the community together and
make it completely walkable!


Participants were then
encouraged, with
umbrellas in hand, to
brave the inclement
weather to see the
exciting sales center and
model home located in
Unit #12.
Everyone was thrilled to
see the new residential
development being built
by David Flow  known,
typically and historically, as
primarily a seasoned
commercial builder in
Nashville.
